Are teachers surviving or improving challenging behavior?

Teachers sometimes struggle to improve challenging behavior in the classroom. Teachers who do not have the necessary skills to improve behavior may begin to just survive that behavior by giving in to students or using long-term implementation of ineffective strategies. Administrators can support teachers by identifying teachers who are just surviving and providing additional supports to those teachers.
